South City Radio

 

Since 2004 (as Radio Peckham), ongoing

 

Set up by Eclectic Productions as Radio Peckham in 2004, Eclectic have managed the station's development into a popular media outlet, highly valued by residents, community groups and the public sector. The station provides accredited radio training with embedded life skills, and uses the medium of radio to promote active citizenship and increase local democracy. South City Radio has over 50 active volunteers from all ages and backgrounds.

 

South City Radio is currently supported by Southwark Council, Trusthouse Charitable Foundation and Groundwork London
