Our ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) and basic skills programme offers short courses for adults with crèche facilities for parents with young children, thanks to our strong partnerships with children’s centres, schools and other community organisations.
Our ESOL courses have been running successfully for the past 3 years engaging adults in accredited learning, helping them to develop their communication skills, self confidence whilst providing learners with their first steps into life long learning.
Throughout our courses, learners are supported through information, advice and guidance according to individual needs. Some of them progress on to further learning, others apply for jobs whilst enhancing their personal lives.
We have developed best practice English teaching methods combined with the use of radio elements such as recorders, to aid progression in Speaking and Listening Skills. Our team of tutors have extensive experience in the field, with specialist expertise in Literacy, community ESOL and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
Our strength lies in our quality of teaching and community based approach with our partnerships.
